On 9th of November, 2018 the very next day after the 6th Art of Projects Conference, PMI Budapest Hungarian Chapter will hold its forthcoming MasterClass.

The speaker is Susanne Madsen, an internationally recognized project leadership coach and trainer, who helps project managers to become confident leaders who will be able to inspire, motivate, innovate, and deliver value to their clients. She is also the co-founder of The Project Leadership Institute, which is dedicated to build authentic project leaders by engaging the heart, the soul and the mind.

Since Susanne is a firm believer and practitioner of the “Get Things Done” approach, and she enjoys helping people formulate and achieve their goals, this interactive workshop therefore:

  • helps the participants assess their individual leadership and communication style and understand how to tailor it;
  • explains the differences between project management and project leadership and provides the tools to make the transition;
  • explains the human needs that drive project performance and what it takes to gain buy-in from all involved parties;
  • provides the tools and strategies to help PMs stand out as confident, driven and focused project leaders.

MasterClass will take place at MOM Culture Palace. The venue starts at 9 am and ends at 1 pm (coffee break and lunch included).
