The 1st Joint Congress of PMI Chapters in Germany is a new series of events jointly organized by the four German PMI Chapters. The objective is to bring both executives and decision makers as well as portfolio, program, and project managers together to facilitate the exchange of views and ideas while supporting close collaboration.
The topic of this congress is “Projects In Disruptive Times.” - These are times of economic disruption in many dimensions: geograhically, technologically, regulatorily, and (customer) behaviourally. Organizations urgently need to transform their business and operating models to avoid losing market share or becoming obsolete in the market place.
During this fully packed day that includes two keynotes and an additional twelve exciting speeches you will learn how effective PMI concepts are suited to drive the transformation of your business in such disruptive times.
During the first joint Congress of PMI Chapters in Germany no less than 14 presentations will be given led by 16 speakers with a wide mix of backgrounds ranging from strategic consultants & leadership experts to members of academia and experienced practitioners.
